Returns

Standard Return Policy: 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item covered by our standard return policy within 10 days of your date of purchase minus a 10% restocking fee. We offer refunds only on the packing receipt plus any applicable tax. A refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your undamaged returnA Account Must Created at time of purchase to start a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to receive your authorization number for your return. For items returned that were not as described and damaged during shipping these items will not incur a 10% restocking fee within the first 10 days. Items that say AS IS in item description can not be returned. Items may also be returned within 20 days of date of purchase for store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling cost are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  

Items Not Eligible for Return: 
New old stock items that the seal has been broken
Items that have the term AS IS in there description
Items that are 21 days past purchase date 
Paper or cardboard items that have been ripped after opening
